Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Colorado Springs workshop.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (DHL or FedEx):
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Flat rate: $12.95
- Tracking included
Free Shipping (EMS):
- Available for orders over $50
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must provide proof of purchase
Important Safety Notice:
For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Used knives
- Used knife sharpeners
- Opened multi-tools (unless defective)
All returned knives must be in their original, unopened packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you’d like to return/exchange
- Wait for approval – our team will review your request and send return instructions
- Ship the item back to our Colorado Springs workshop using a trackable shipping service
- Receive your refund or exchange once we’ve processed your return
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 3-5 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or model, please indicate this in your return request. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective knife or tool, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.
